Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal in supported regions. Available options appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we can assist with changes or cancellation. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number via our Contact page.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include bank security checks, insufficient funds, or card restrictions for international purchases. Try another method or contact your bank to authorize the payment.

How long does delivery take?

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Your local customs may charge import duties or VAT/GST. These are not included in the product price or shipping and are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll help with a replacement or refund according to policy.
