Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
- Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items returned with visible signs of use (scratches, stains, wheel/boot marks, mounting marks, etc.) may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
Non-returnable Items
- Used or mounted skates/wheels
- Protective gear that has been worn
- Clearance, final-sale, customized or special-order items
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Include your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- We will respond with return instructions and the warehouse return address within 48 hours.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.
