Order Processing Time
- The total order delivery time consists of order processing time + transportation time.
- Order processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events. In case of a significant delay, we will update the information on the site or notify you by email where possible.

The “Estimated Delivery Time” in the table above refers only to the transportation time after your order has been handed over to the carrier and does not include the order processing time stated above. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, package weight and dimensions. Any applicable fees will be shown clearly before you confirm your order. Promotional free shipping may be available for qualifying orders; details and conditions (such as order amount and region coverage) will be shown at checkout or on the relevant promotion page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict such charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order if needed.
Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
- Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.
- You may track the package via: https://www.cirrotrack.com or on the official tracking website of the carrier shown in your tracking email.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, postal code and phone number) is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees and any additional costs incurred. In such cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed beyond the maximum estimated delivery time, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the tracking status shows “delivered” or after you receive the package.
- Please provide your order number, tracking number and relevant photos (for example, of the damaged outer box and product) so that we can assist you efficiently.
- We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier and will work with you on an appropriate solution, such as replacement, partial refund or other resolution, depending on the investigation results and the specific case.
