Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Order delivery includes the order processing time and the estimated delivery time.
- Order processing time: 1–4 business days.
Processing time is the time we need to confirm your payment, prepare your items, perform quality checks and pack your order before it is handed over to the carrier. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, major holidays or promotional periods.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:
- Estimated delivery time: 5–25 business days (depending on destination country, shipping method and customs clearance).
Please note that the above time frames are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local carrier schedules, weather conditions and public holidays in the destination country or region.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We mainly use international postal and express services to deliver orders. Available shipping methods and the corresponding costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight/volume.
In some regions, free shipping may be offered when your order reaches a certain amount. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will be clearly indicated on the Site or at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to be updated by the carrier after dispatch.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
